Question: How can I order a care Package for a loved one?



1. Click on Care Packages.

    1. Choose any Care Package listing

    2. Use the Drop Down Menu to choose the amount you would like to spend.

    3. Add to cart.

    4. At the cart page there is an “add a note to your order” box. Please tell me the type of items you would like, bath products, chocolate, cats etc. and any message you would like to include to the recipient.

    5. Put recipient's name and shipping in the shipping address area.

    6. Check out! :)

    7. If you are ordering more than one care package that are being shipped to different locations, please place a separate order for each.



Question: I see a care package I like but would like to make substitutions, can I do that?


Answer: Yes, if I have the items in stock and they are within your established budget. Please message me through Facebook or email through the website to inquire.



Question: I would like to make a specific package out of items I have seen in multiple picture, can I do that?


Answer: Again, sure, if I have them in stock. Please don't hesitate to ask! We will do everything we can to accommodate!



Question: How long will it take my order to ship and how long will it take to arrive.


Answer: We are currently a one person operation. Shipping has been going very smoothly so far with most packages going out within a day or 2. Occasionally I get backed up and it can take up to 3-4 days before it is shipped. If you choose free local delivery, the same applies. In addition, many shipping channels are currently a day or 2 behind due to increased demand. I do offer expedited shipping for an extra charge which will move your order to first priority.
